We needed some DVD packages that were on their way to Ritway turned around and shipped to three different facilities very quickly. From our previous experiences working with Ritway, we knew we could depend on them to take care of all of the details necessary to get our shipment delivered promptly and accurately. Ritway definitely came through for us…they are wonderful!

Development Shout Out

Ann would like to extend a big thank you to Ritway’s own newsletter editor, Rebekah. In addition to her duties a Ritway Account Manager, Rebekah demonstrated her IT expertise and “can-do” attitude by helping with the Coke Catalog IT Development process. A few weeks ago, Rebekah jumped in to help with system test and is now assisting with our R5.1 data migration tests. Rebekah’s help is valued and appreciated!

Frankster Assault & Battery

Frankster came in this week and needless to say he is feeling a little under the bun. The dog showed up with a black eye and third degree burns on his nose. A reward of a lifetime supply of Nathan’s hotdogs will be offered to individuals that have any information leading to the attack (just kidding!) ;o)

Sangari submitted Bill of Materials to Ritway this week for 20 new units to be built this summer. Each of the 20 new units will consist of a Master Kit and a Refill Kit.

Edison Summer Journey Receiving for Summer Journey is now at 98.76%. Pack-out has built 2166 boxes as of EOD Wednesday, 32% of the Summer Journey boxes. Week 1 orders will be shipping from Ritway the week of 5/2/11. Thanks to everyone working on the Edison Summer Journey Program for all of your hard work.
