Ritway Company News
Customer Service Facelift
Everyone please join us in congratulating Kelly who has been named as Ritway’s new Customer Service & Business Support Supervisor. Kelly will be working closely with Buck to assist in continuing to deliver excellent customer service for not only Coke Catalog but all Ritway accounts as well as compiling service metrics and statistics through various reports and KPI’s. Great job, Kelly!
Rocky Raccoon
Casey Drive might have had a visitor this week but Steve was in no mood for company. This little booger was set free to fulfill his devious duties elsewhere but not before making a quick trip up to the receiving department.
School Zone
Sangari has submitted Bill of Materials to Ritway for 20 new units to be built this summer. Each of the 20 new units will consist of a Master Kit and a Refill Kit.
Receiving for Edison Summer Journey is now at 99.09%. Pack-out has built 53% of the Summer Journey kits. Week 1 orders will be shipping from Ritway the week of 5/2/11.
