A pickled St. Patty's Day!
Most people chow down on corned beef and cabbage for St. Patrick’s Day but as we all know, Brock and Russ are not like most people. With Doug’s help, the boys spent the top of their morning having a feast of pickled pig’s feet and more with all of Account Services gazing in disbelief!
Each year, the president of the United States proclaims March "Red Cross Month." The Red Cross works tirelessly to provide help and hope when people need it most. Those in Middle Tennessee saw the scope and power of the Red Cross first hand during the floods last May. Help us celebrate Red Cross Month by supporting their work here and abroad. Right this minute, the Red Cross is working around the clock to help those affected by the earthquake in Japan and tsunami throughout the Pacific. Knoxville’s Chapter of The Red Cross is currently in need of blood type O-negative and needs donations.
Coke Catalog Account Managers are now managing a total of 335 programs. Since last week, they have activated 7 programs.
Ritway continues to receive items for Wave 4 Kits. Wave 4 kitting will be for 25 kits, five of each of the five Wave 4 Units.
Major thanks to Linda Spires, Mary, DeDe, Tim, and Bruce for the phenomenal job getting items for Sangari's Wave 4 Kits received, counted, and ready for kitting next week!
Edison Summer Journey 2011 Kitting begins next week. Wave picks are being pulled this week, so that kitting can begin on Monday, 3/21. Receiving for the Summer Journey Program is now at 82.75%. Receiving for the Summer High School program is at 45.28%.
